If you do not via the training portal, your personally signed registration form counts as registration. By sending a confirmation, I accept your registration. This concludes our contract. The deposit of the participation fee in the amount of 50% is due immediately upon receipt of my confirmation. Only after receipt of payment is your place secured. The remaining 50% of the participation fee is due no later than 4 weeks before the 1st day of the training. Withdrawal from the contract must be declared in writing. In case of cancellation up to 6 weeks before the start of the course, a processing fee of 100.00 Euros will be charged. The remaining participation fee will then be refunded within 30 days. In case of withdrawal up to 30 days before the start of participation, 50% of the participation fee will be charged. After that or in case of a no-show, the full participation fee is due. If a substitute participant is provided, a processing fee of 100.00 Euros will be charged. The participation fees are to be paid in euros. Transfers from abroad must be made in such a way that the receipt of money on the specified recipient account is free of charge, transferring fees are to be paid by you. The exchange rate risk is transferred to the participant/you. The latter must ensure that the amount to be paid is credited to the recipient's account without deductions. In case of returns, the Euro amount will be transferred at the current exchange rate; Exchange rate fluctuations are at the expense of the participant. The return payments will be made payable to the participant for a fee.
If the event is cancelled by Ilka Parent/Minds-n-Motion, the participation fees already paid will be fully refunded, barring the exchange rate risk and bank fees. Beyond that, no further claims can be asserted. In case of sickness, we reserve the right to provide qualified replacement so that the training can take place. The event will then be held as indicated. No right of withdrawal or other claims can be asserted from this. If the participant leaves the event, the full participation fee is due immediately. A refund is excluded.
Neither we as the organizer nor the operators of any riding facilities involved are liable for accidents, losses or damages of any kind, which may be caused by training or privately owned horses, dogs or other animals, theft, fire or other events against persons, horses or entrusted property, or otherwise to the private property of the customers or visitors, insofar as the above-mentioned are not insured against such damage or insofar as these damages are not due to intent or gross negligence. negligence on the part of the above-mentioned, its legal representatives, vicarious agents or any other auxiliary persons.
Venues:
For events outside our locations, mileage allowances, travel allowances and expenses are charged according to expenditure. For the booking of external locations, their cancellation conditions and terms and conditions apply.
Confidentiality and data protection:
We are obliged to maintain confidentiality in our activities. This includes all information that becomes known to us about the participants or clients in connection with our activities. Data will not be passed on.
German law applies to the exclusion of UN civil law. The language of business and contract is German. The place of jurisdiction in disputes is Kaiserslautern. Should individual provisions of this contract be or become invalid or contain a loophole, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
